After more than 30 years leading IT teams across New Zealand and Australia, I discovered that my greatest satisfaction came not from technology itself, but from helping people thrive within it. Developing teams, building confidence, and fostering collaboration became the most rewarding part of my work.

That insight led me to formalise my passion through professional coaching. I’m currently training with the International Coaching Institute in Melbourne — Australasia’s leading coaching school — where I’m immersed in science‑based studies of human behaviour and performance. I’m also a proud member of the International Coaching Guild, adhering to its Code of Ethics and professional standards.

Beyond coaching, I have a deep interest in business growth. I’ve built and acquired small businesses, work alongside a dynamic group of business investors, and volunteer as a coach with Business Mentors New Zealand.

My mission is simple: to help individuals and business owners unlock clarity, confidence, and synergy — turning potential into purposeful action.
